Once the cattle were settled into the feedlot with water and we'd had a time of prayer with the Seka family, we said goodbye.
Time to go, we headed back in the local bus through the markets in Luanda to the Rock Resort Motel for the last night.
6am the alarm went off and we had a quick breakfast, jumped in the Motel shuttle and headed into Kisumu for the return bus trip to Nairobi.
On the bus by 8am and then the return trip on the same road to Nairobi, 8 1/2 hours later we arrived back into Nairobi city - 4.30pm Friday traffic!
Thankfully as we got off the bus there was Ken once again, ready to pick us up and take us back to the University for the night to stay. We invited Ken and his children to stay for dinner and the evening with us, so that he didn't have to travel back in the morning to drop us off at the bus for Mombasa.
It was a great evening of fun and encouragement for us all. We got to meet with Pastor James from Tanzania. We had a great discussion with him and Ken about the Romans Project and how it is already working in Kenya, as well as how it could be implemented in Tanzania.
