Well, as promised yesterday, there were a few extra men working on the roof today
By the time we left at 5pm the roof trusses were almost complete and they were about to start putting the perlins on. These roofers walk around the edge of the bricks with only jandals on and lift each pole up be hand, and saw off anything not needed as they balance themself, the pole, and the large wood saw - one guy here is just having a break on the edge!!!

The other roofers started framing up the ceiling ready to concrete and plaster it.
they frame it into 600mm x 600mm squares and then they put mesh on the underside of the framing before pouring concrete in the top & let it set. When the walls are plastered they plaster the ceiling as well, which sticks to the mesh
