Well what a day - we were up at 7am, heading to the bank by 8am to collect money for the land purchase
below is ush 40,000,000 all in notes, which was withdrawn, counted by a machine, thrown in the back pack and we headed in Simons friend car to the otherside of Kampala. Deane and I recounted it (all bundles consisted of 500 notes) in the back of the car, doors locked trying not to draw attention to ourselves as cars trucks and taxis passed us by with people everyone seemingly looking into the car, thankfully tinted windows!
