We were awoken at 6am this morning by the loudest torrential rain, thunder and lightening.
After breakfast we headed to Sunday school (for adults and children) usually held from 9:45am to 11am.
Due to the torrential rain, Sunday school was off, we all helped mop chairs, clean water from the floors, move seats, wipe and dry the musical instruments and power cords (OSH would go crazy here!) and empty by bucket the 40gallon drums that were placed strategically around the church to catch the rain leaking from the roof and walls.
Only half of last weeks congregation turned up today, many late, because they had no transport and they would've even got drenched and filthy on a boda boda ride.
