Sunday 1st October - tourists for a day
Was nice to jump in the car and and head off down the coast to the archaeological site at Kourion between Limassol (some call it Lemsos) and Paphos (some call it Pafos)
All towns, villages and street names here in the Greek side of Cyprus have 3 or 4 different ways of spelling plus the Greek spelling, so you always have to double check when you're going somewhere the exact spelling and google maps sync!
Anyway Kourion was a great place to visit, very interesting with so much history and Apostle Paul and Barnabas in the Bible went there ...
Acts 13:4-12 - So these two (Barnabas and Paul), sent at the Holy Spirit's command, went down (from Syrian Antioch to Seleucia and from there sailed off to Cyprus.
We drove around the coast and enjoyed the scenery before passing through the city and boardwalk of Limassol.
