Haifa Beach

Just as we were getting on the bus to Haifa we received an email from our accomodation.  Our basic apartment near the beach (with a kitchen so we could cook our own meals from supermarket foods, eating out is very expensive here) had a maintenace issue and the entire complex was booked out!

They had booked us into another hotel, which turned out to be ON the beach, an upgrade to the 18th floor with sea view and complimentary buffet breakfast, an no cost to us 😀 👏 

A fabulous hotel and a great end to a hard 6 weeks in Israel.

Beautiful surf beach and cooler weather too.
