New exercise

When you're stuck inside and are only allowed out for supermarket and pharmacy, you have to be innovative!

Living on the 5th floor of an apartment building - so its 5 floors up, 10 flights of stairs and that's good exercise to get the heart beating faster!!

My friend asked me "whats your goal - you've got to have a goal"
I replied my GOAL is just doing it each day LOL!

Deane does this 10 times a day - up & down - he's starting to get a bit competitive - I achieved 5 times up & down a day for the first week, then increased to 7 a day -  that got the competition going!
