Anyway Rita our neighbour took me down to her trusted fishmonger , I wanted a whole fish to oven bake or cut in two to fry ......... I came home with €14 of calamari!!!!
how did that happen .... I wrote it correctly, google translate didnt get it wrong, the fishmonger said you cant fry the fish he sells.... who knows
anyway I enjoyed it and usually Deane eats calamari but he is allergic to shellfish, so after him being up most of the night with a crock stomach, we're guessing there must have been some shellfish close by!!!
