Simon has sourced tools to borrow from the neighbours, rather than having to buy new ones
He has also organised a secure lockup at the neighbours garage for all the materials and cement to be delivered early tomorow morning
Simon has rented a one bedroom room near the property for a month, so they are able to stay near by and be available early in the morning until late at night while everyone is busy working on the house
