On the road to search for land again, trying a short cut, didnt work, 2 hours later we arrived in Mpigji
Alex had been up early and took a taxi out to meet the broker and look at 3 blocks so he could show us te good ones
a thunderstorm and heaps of rain meant we were stuck on a sodden dirt track to one of the blocks and unable to turn without the van sinking!!!! Deane needed to take over form our driver and do a bit of rally driving reversing manourvoures up a bank to ensble th evan (2 wheel drive) to slide around back the way we wanted to go!!!
we looked at the 3 different blocks and the last one was 2 acres to be cut off another title, good location from the road, on the side of a hill with a gentle contour and a great house site with council water close by & fertile land with NO squatters
all that needs to be done is to negotiate the price and survey the 2 acres off!!!
