Yah, Praise the Lord the negotiations are completed
the 2 acres have been secured at ush20,000,000 more than we wanted to pay but there have since been people from Kampala offering ush5,000,000 more per acre
so we are continuing to pray that the landowner will stick to his handshake and word and not undersell to another buyer
all we needed to do is research the land and verify the title at the Land Registry - we were very fortunate, the was no queues of people and the man at the registry was very helpful.
below is the office, 100% paper trail, the book below is the book of land that has been in existence since 1959, it was so interesting to look at
if you have the block and lot # you are fine, they can then verify the owner, which we already had from a copy of the land title given to us by the owner.
