Arrived in Entebbe, Uganda

After 36 hours of flights and stopovers we have arrived safely in Entebbe, only 3 hours late due to delays on the runway in Kenya. I must say by this time we were all very thankful that our backpacks only weighed 7kg.
We were exhausted but it was great to be in Uganda.
We were met by Alex and we headed to our accommodation in Lubowa 40 minutes from the airport. (Just down the road from Matoki Inn for those that know it) Simon had prepared food for us and was waiting at the house. What a blessing - we have been lent an apartment for the entire time we are in Uganda, with running hot water, still of course dependant on there being power!!! Welcome to Africa.
