1. taking a photo at the airport of Sam and Bri and
2. Doing a U-turn outside Garden City Shopping Centre in Kampala and was pulled over by the police for illegal movement! The policeman threatened to take him to the Police Station. After some very fast talking and five or six Ugandans doing exactly the same U-turn and not getting pulled over, and after Deane apologised 10 times the policeman let us go! Phew!!!
We are not sure if they were for real or whether it was for a bribe!
