Deane has regularly been meeting with his workers to do a bible study and then a guy form the neighbouring village approached him and asked if he could go up there and meet with the people of his village. We headed up there for the first meeting on Saturday at 4pm, 5pm there started arriving and bringing their seats also. 75 people turned up altogether and then they asked if they could meet regularly – so Wednesday 3pm it is!!! Second week on 35ish turned up but the ladies asked if they could meet with Sherrilyn each week separately. So we organised Thursday 3pm.The first day no one came cos it was the hugest thunderstorm. The next week 52 women arrived- I had got out seats, cup and tea for 15 and then they women just kept coming!!!! We did a study and then another 25 women arrived so I gave my testimony (all interpreted by Alex), 4 women arrived at 5.30pm, they had only heard about the study at 3pm but decided to come – they walked 1.5 hours to come. It was really exciting and there were other women from the village on the otherside of the house – they asked if I could meet with them – I said if they could get 10 women together that would be fine, so they are working on that!!!
