Deane loves the maize that is cooked on a rack over the coal burner - he says he only buys one to fill in the time on his way to and from Kubamitwe, Luwero!!! But he does get one every time so he must like the flavour too. Alex and Simon couldn't believe that Deane used to feed maize silage to his stock in NZ!!
