36`C today - A reasonable sleep considering I have put my shoulder out and have been in some serious pain, Deane took me in to Kampala to the chiropractor yesterday at 11am, finally got to see him at 12.15 then his physio gave me a 45min massage to relax and make the adjustment easier, well the adjustment just about killed me, my shoulder is still not in although my lower back and neck are much much better, may have to head back on Saturday , will wait and see if the bruising and pain settle down.
2.15pm – a momentous occasion in the Ugandan life of Deane, Luweero and the fenceline!!!! - Deane and Sam, 4WD packed to the hilt with mattresses, shovels, spades, wire, food, case of water, clothes and freshly made stew (for tonight’s dinner) together with everything else apart from the kitchen sink that I haven’t mentioned. Anyway, the loader is on the truck and will be arriving at Willbalenzi later tonight. They will meet and fuel up ready for it to be unloaded first thing tomorrow morning and then drive it the 7kms to the SOS site in Luweero where it will start excavating the fenceline, house sites and area that is going to be grassed down. Now that all the fence planning has been finalised, this is the first stage of the real work which should take around 8 days to complete.
Deane has got some workers organised (Zach and Paul from here also) are heading out there at the beginning of next week to start digging the holes for the strainers, which the fabricator has finished making and is currently just cleaning and painting them with rust proof paint.
The house is very quiet!!!!
