MUKONO MONDAY FEBRUARY 25th
Uganda Telecom phoned at 7am, the technician is organising last minute things for the internet – they now cannot find any details relating to the 120,000 ushillings and USD$350 we paid!!!!
At home today, doing schooling, Deane and Shannon went to get insurance and funds ready to collect vehicle. When they got there the man who had sold them the vehicle didn’t even know where it was!!! They took a mechanic from Mukono and finally they found the vehicle, down in the back corner and covered in dirt!! It then took an hour to find some temp plates so they could go for a test drive. 4 hours later they drove out with the vehicle! It was then left overnight at the mechanic so he could do a complete service of the vehicle before we started driving it, so hoping it will be ready for collection from the Mechanic tomorrow.
My phone died, can receive but not send texts, Deane took it to Uganda Telecom they said it was Celtel, so he went there, Celtel said it was Uganda Telecom so he went back to here we bought it and they say NO you have to take it to the Head office in Kampala!!!!
OH MY PATIENCE IS RUNNING VERY THIN!!!
